Open kitchen living & dining complimented buy well appointed, midcentury decor, custom butcher block counters in the kitchen, hand laid tile in the bathroom & shower with bonuses like high vaulted ceilings, off street parking and a large, fenced in back yard. This apartment is on the second/top floor, just under a half mile to Broadway and 1 mile to the track. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
As our guest you will have access to The entire apartment, Two beds, a full bathroom with washer and dryer, full kitchen, 4 top dining table and living room.
In addition to the apartment guests also have access to two (2) off street parking spots. Please park cars one in front of the other on the left side of the driveway. The right side spots are reserved for the upstairs tenant.
There is a fenced in back yard great for pets, kids, and games. Guests will be able to use the wood burning firepit and chairs; wood is not provided but can be used if it is there. There is a 6 top outdoor dining table and grill. Sit back and relax on an outdoor sofa accompanied by a coffee table. This area is shared by both units so please be respectful of other guests.

Exactly what we expected. We would def stay again.
Do not stay here. The host did a cheap remodel and many items, such as the stair leading to the unit, are not compliant. They also are being dishonest about damages and trying to stick me with an invoice. DO NOT STAY HERE.
