It also includes the living room with a fireplace and TV. A dining room with seating for eight, a full kitchen, equipped with all of your dining and cooking essentials and stainless steel appliances. A sunroom with seating for relaxation and enjoyment. This floor also includes a laundry room that is open for guest use, please do not wash any construction, farming, or other heavily dirty items. Upstairs: This floor includes three bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen bed and en suite, full bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom that is a bunk room with two bunked, queen beds, and a pullout queen sofa. The second two bedrooms, share one full bathroom. there’s also a small desk that can be used for work. Outside: outside you’ll have access to a stone patio accented with an outdoor dining set and pergola, complemented with a propane grill. In the backyard, you’ll have a custom stone fire pit surrounded by string lights and six Adirondack chairs. There’s also parking for up to six cars and a small pond across the street.
