Two of our bedrooms have side by side queen beds and the other has a king bed. There are three full baths, all with showers. The basement game room has a pool table, convertible ping pong top, foosball and lounge area with tv. Enjoy a Mountain View outside at our dining and lounge furniture. Locates half a mile to Hunter Mountain base. 1. Pets are allowed but must be disclosed and follow rules 2. Furniture and yard firepit in storage during the winter 3. Propane for grill and table firepit is not regularly changed, if you have to change it, I will reimburse you. 4. Wood for the fire is not provided, if there is extra use it. Close to town and a supermarket which we used to nearly daily to pick up something or other. Daily deer crossing sighting in the backyard! Beds were comfortable, linens and towels clean and plenty. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and although the house can get toasty inside there are air conditioners in every room and in the living area, so staying cool was not a problem. Plus the walk-out downstairs area kept pretty cool even without air conditioning (there is one there also if needed). Austin was quick, responsive and friendly to messages.
